Allergies and wedding cake

My fiance and I have a few family members with glucose allergies. We would love for them to be able to eat cake with the rest of us, so would it be best to have all food glucose free or have separate items just for them to eat?

Also, if you are going to have a buffet style dinner, make sure that you have some allergen free items, I wouldn't worry about making everything allergen free. Just make sure everything is well labled!

I would suggest that you make one tier of the cake allergen free. (Which tier depends on how many family follow the special diet.) That way, no one feels singled out and you don't have to have a completely separate items.
