I love vintage items. I don’t collect them but I appreciate their beauty and character. Maybe it’s because anything vintage reminds me of my Grandmothers. They both lived into their 90′s and each had a house full of items they saved for years. I have my Grandmother’s engagement ring from 1937. I know this because my Grandfather gave it to her on her 28th birthday and the date is inscribed on the inside of the band. My Mom has a cabinet full of wine glasses from the 1940′s from my other Grandma. You know they are special when you sip wine from them. My Ikea wine glasses, although very functional, just don’t give me that same feeling. So if you are having a vintage themed wedding or would just like to sprinkle it with a few pieces, we have some authentic items on the site and a few that are new but have a fabulous vintage feel.
