Betty was worried those baked beans would come back to haunt her.

These girls are NOT afraid of flavor.

Note from Shauna about the photo: The bride’s sister was a great matron of honor and wanted to make sure the bride’s blood sugar didn’t drop too low and gave her some candy. They both didn’t realize until later that it turned their tongues different colors. Of course we had to snap a picture to document that moment. So needless to say the bride walked down the aisle with a blue tongue.

Jenny did not want Granny Sophie to catch the bouquet; she was already on her fifth marriage

This was Jared’s 7th wedding he’d been to that summer. If he had to eat one more piece of wedding cake he didn’t know what he’d do.

Our favorite used wedding dress listed this week is a beautiful Casablanca gown. I love that the bride was inspired by 4 different Casablanca dresses and had it custom made. The gown is lightweight, comfortable and listed at more than 50% off the retail price! Click on the image below for more photos and information.
Wedding dress designer Jorge Manuel themed his Spring 2010 wedding dress collection after Alice in Wonderland. Jorge Manuel is fairly new to the scene and was previously an architect. His architectural background is very present in his dresses. His gowns are gorgeous and the photos are interesting and a little creepy at the same time. Especially, the last one.
Our favorite used wedding dress listed this past week is a Rivini tiered organza silk bridal gown. This gown features sleek, tiered ruffles that flutter in the breeze. It’s fun, romantic and was an ‘Editor’s Pick’ in Martha Stewart Weddings and Bride’s magazine. It’s listed for more than half off on BravoBride! I loved Disney when I was little but it has since taken a back seat. However, we came across the new Kirstie Kelly gowns for Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings line and they are gorgeous. Consumer Products (DCP) and renowned designer Kirstie Kelly are launching a gown inspired by Princess Tiana, Disney’s newest princess in more than ten years and the first African American Disney Princess character from the animated musical film, The Princess and the Frog. The Tiana gown will take its place in the phenomenally successful Kirstie Kelly for Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings line as the signature piece of an all new collection of bridal gowns.
Not only do we love the gowns but we love the new Disney Princess character too!
