If you’re worried about rain on your big day or just want an amazing photo prop, we’re excited to bring you this week’s Fab Find – Bella Umbrella!
Long-time collector of vintage umbrellas, Jodell Egbert, began Seattle based Bella Umbrella as a showcase of her unique collections. In 2001 Bella Umbrella began as an online merchant, fast forward eight years later to November 2009 when the shop opened its first brick and mortar store in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood. Jodell now owns the most prevalent source of vintage and vintage styled umbrellas in the world. Owning the largest selection of original umbrellas from the 1930’s – 1960’s, allows Bella Umbrella to provide customers with a unique and creative opportunity to accessorize their wardrobe like never before.
Bella Umbrella offers customers the option to rent or buy, vintage and signature umbrellas. Brides often rent the beautiful umbrellas and parasols for their weddings as a form of shade or rain protection for their guest’s. They also serve as a fun whimsical addition to engagement and wedding day photos.
In addition, Bella Umbrella designs its own line of umbrellas called The Signature Bella Pagoda Umbrella (shown below). It is one of the most feminine, curvy umbrellas on the market today. Buyers can personalize their umbrella, with the option to mix and match the canopy and handle colors, it’s easy to create a custom look that is just right.
