It would have been nearly impossible to miss the news this week that Kate Middleton and Prince Williams are finally engaged. Now comes the wedding planning and of course the big question… what is Kate going to wear? Our favorite used wedding dress listed this week is a gorgeous Watters & Watters Tuscany Gown. The dress features re-embroidered lace over silk organza with a ribbon sash at the natural waist and an A-line skirt with bubble hem and chapel length train.
