It has a manmade diamond in the middle (not cz) with blue sapphire strips and small diamonds on the side.
Paid 2100 a year ago. Not a bad deal I think.
I have the receipt from where I got it, size 7 - Here's what the receipt says:
Ring 0.29ct Dia, 0.24ct PC Saph, 5.5PC Center
