All items in our collection may be returned for a refund (less shipping/handling charges, RUSH delivery charges if applicable and a 25% customization fee) except earrings. Earrings cannot be returned for sanitary purposes. You must follow the return policy to receive a refund. In addition to the 25% customization fee that is not returned, we do not refund any shipment costs you've incurred. If you've selected the Free standard shipping option - you will have a $5.00 shipment fee that is also not refunded to your credit card. What is the 25% Customization Fee For? The 25% customization fee is for the materials used to create your custom jewelry piece that cannot be reused again (ie., head pins, wires, etc.). This customization fee also includes a very small portion for the time it takes to create your order. Return Procedure: Email info@bonitaj.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to notify us of your return. (Orders for weddings, proms and other events cannot be returned after the date of the event under any circumstances.) Return shipment to BonitaJ.com within 10 days of receiving your item(s). Returning Policy for Jewelry Sets: If you purchase a jewelry set that includes earrings and you want to return the jewelry set, you can return everything EXCEPT for the earrings.
