I am the original owner of this wedding gown, which I purchased for my wedding in April 2011. I love my gown, but living in NYC where space comes at a huge premium, I just can't afford to store such a big box in our small apartment, so am trying to be practical by selling my gown. I purchased the gown directly from the flagship Amsale salon here in Manhattan. It is under the Christos label and the dress is named 'Joy'.
Preservation Method:
I had my gown professionally cleaned within 3 weeks after my wedding. The gown was cleaned, restored and preserved and is now hand-folded, packed with advanced acid-free materials and hand sealed in WedClean's museum-quality Lifetime Storage Chest.
Favorite memory in dress:
Made me feel like a princess the whole day, yet was not overly heavy / cumbersome. Was able to dance in it and have fun the whole night!
