Size 0. Strapless with a ruched, sweetheart neckline with a wide sash at the natural waist and then a fit and flare skirt. Fabric is silk shantung. It's off-white with an almond colored sash, but the sash can be dyed. New with tags with no alterations. Purchased from Unbridled boutique in Austin, TX and has remained in garment bag.
