This book (binder) was given to me by an elderly friend. She just had it laying around. I have no use for it. There is no information on it so I am assuming it's hand made.
It's in excellent condition and has a vintage kind of look to it.
The pages inside are the clear plastic that you peel back, put the photos on the page and then put the clear plastic over the photos. You can change the type of pages you want in the book since it's a 3 ring binder.
