6 Colorful Summer Wedding Cocktails
Hooray for summer! It’s the perfect time for beach days, popsicles, and (you guessed it!) nice, cold cocktails! Whether you’re looking for the perfect drink for your wedding day, or something for a little happy hour to take a break from it all, we have a fun new summer cocktail for you to try in every color of the rainbow (literally!).
1. In the Ivy

3. Champagne Popsicles
Looking for something truly unique? Try serving champagne popsicles! This bubbly, frozen treat would be amazing for an outdoor wedding – especially in warm spring and summer weather! 4. Silver Monk

5. Mermaid Mule

Last but not least, what about this fruity Paul Bowles? Served in Brooklyn’s McCarren Hotel & Pool, this purple cocktail contains blackberries, simple syrup, tequila, Ancho Reyes, and lime.
