The death of family and friends is always difficult. This is especially true when wedding season comes around. Remembering loved ones at weddings is always a nice gesture for the family. We have found some beautiful examples of how couples honor those who have passed away at receptions and ceremonies.
It is important to showcase your loved ones or the loved ones of your spouse in a respectable manner that will make everyone feel comfortable and acknowledged.
There are a few different paths to take with this idea. Some couples like to keep it singular by lighting a single candle to represent all of the people who couldn’t be at the wedding. Other couples like to do a little something special for each and every person who couldn’t be there by having their photo or name somewhere.
Whatever you may choose, we think that this idea for your reception or ceremony is a beautiful testament to those who are no longer with us.
