This listing is for a super fun custom save the date. Listing is for deposit of 50%, balance will be billed with shipping when items are completed and ready to be shipped Save the date is a great mix of classic and modern elements with your image, and a big oversized calendar, clearly marked with your wedding date. We can mark your day with a circle as seen in sample, a heart, or if we create them from cardstock we can do a punch on the day, whatever you would like. Finished size of magnet is 3.5" x 7.5" and full assembled save the date size on backing card is 4.5" x 8.5" 1 images of you will be added to the design, these can be in color, black and white, sepia, or we can do some partial color affects, whatever fits your style. Layout is customizable, we can move text and images around if you like. Fonts and font colors are also customizable to fit your style and wedding colors. This listing is for these save the dates to be created as magnets and they will be attached to custom designed backing cards, as seen, designed to coordinate with magnet. Envelopes are included and have your return address on them, please specify how you would like your names to appear on return addess, ie... both your names, just your first names, The future Mr. and Mrs. etc., you can convo this info to me or include it in the notes to seller. If you prefer this save the date can be created on cardstock, or even made into a bookmark Bookmarks are 25.00 more for 100 save the dates as they do come in a clear plastic bookmark sleeve with color coordinated floss tassles. I always provide unlimited revisions so I will work until you feel they are perfect. I use a top of the line phtoo printer so the images and text are crisp and clean I use high quality 11mil magnet sheets, and 110lb cardstock to provide the best finished product This design can be created into an invitation suite as well if you are interested, please just convo me and we can talk about the details. We are also now offering letterpress - now at this time we are not doing full text letterpress as we are just getting started, but we are doing design elements such as monograms, borderes, flowers, swirls, etc. Custom plates will be made so we can really do just about any design. All items will be shipped insured if they are lost in transit I will file for a refund and then recreat item as quickly as possible. If items are damaged in transit we will follow same procedure. Due to the nature of customization and personalization refunds will not be offered. If customers wishes to cancel order 50% deposit is non-refundable. Please notify us in writing prior to printing commencing of wish to cancel. If printing has already begun then customer will be charged for full order, and we will finish and ship order at your request. I strive for 100% satisfaction with every project I work on, if you are not completely satisfied please convo me, and we will work together to fix any problems, until you are satisfied with the items you received.All orders prior to printing receive a digital proof and printing does not commence until approval has been received, any typographical errors found shall not be the responsibility of platinum designs. We will gladly do a reprint on a rush basis at the cost to the customer. If an error does occur due to the fault of Platinum Designs we will immediately fix the error recreate any items that contain the error at our expense. Please notify us via email immediatley upon receiving items if an error isAll items are custom orders and personalized to your event- we will discuss colors, themes etc. so they will be one of a kind. Adding an extra special touch to your event. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks from purchase date for delivery of childrens birthday invites, baby shower, and bridal shower invites, favor tags, advice cards, thank you cards and unity candle sets. This as stated is from date of purchase, I will work to provide a first digital proof within 36 hours and then unlimited revisions are offered on all items, so I ask for the 2 week time frame so we have plenty of time to perfect each item. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of full wedding invitations sets from date of purchase- this of course is based on your wedding timeline if we are starting early then we will move forward at your pace. If you are in a rush please send me a convo prior to purchase so we can discuss exactly what you are looking for and we can discuss how soon you need them. There is a rush order charge of 25.00 but we can get your invites to you within 1 week if needed. All orders are custom orders so please allow 24-36 hours for first digital proof, all orders will recieve a digital proof and unlimited revisions are provided for each item. Customer agrees to hold Platinum designs harmless for any errors found in items after printing, after final approval of digital proof has bee found.
Payment for individual samples must be received upon initial purchase. If you then choose to proceed with a complete invitation order I will create a seperate reserved listing for you to purchase at that time 1/2 of agreed upon total is due. The final 1/2 is due upon completion, when the items are ready to be shipped, if your remaining balance is over 300.00 we can split that into 2 payments if that makes things easier for you, the first due at final approval of digital proofs, the final when items are completed and ready to be shipped. Cost for individual sample will be deducted from final cost, minus shipping if you choose to purchase from platinumdesigns. A digital proof will be provided for each piece of your invitation suite, or stationary purchase, I always provide unlimited revisions, and printing will not commence until we have final approval of the proofs. Orders under 150.00 full payment due upon time of purchase.
