Gorgeous, stunning, colorful, and bright custom made flower girl dress envisioned for a peacock themed wedding. Collaborated with the designer and came up with this wonderful creation. Made for a very slender 7 year old. I imagine it would fit a 5-7 year old. (Chest is 22", waist 18". Armpit to hipbone 11"). Top is corset back and skirt is elastic, so some give in sizing. Brand new. Never even tried on.
